1. I have my own style, please DO NOT ask me to copy
another designer's style or design.
2. Do not edit the graphic layout that is made for you.
3. Do not edit out or alter the text, "Made by Tears of Pearls
Designs".
4. Your site must be online and ready 2 weeks after you are
given your order, if not you get one reminder email.
5. You must link back to this design site.
6. Please place orders if you need a layout, if you place an
order but do not use it, that is fine, but the labor of creating
that layout could of been used to someone who really needed one.
7. Please specify what celebrity or theme you want in your
layout.
8. High Quality images are a MUST, they lead to High Quality
layouts, and that is what YOU want;). So please
only send high quality images to be used for the layout.
9. You have three days to cancel your order. If you do not
cancel within the three days, you will be sent to the gallows
(blacklist).
10. A confirmation email will be sent out if your order is
accepted. Within 24 hours of receiving that email, you must send
me the following form:
Your Name:
Location:
Your Site Name:
Your Site URL (if available):
Celebrity or Theme:
Color theme (darks, lights, pastels, blacks, etc):
Menus or Navigation:
Text Size: X-Small or Small *see samples*
Images: links to pictures
Package:
Other info or extras: Such as affiliate box or welcome box, if
you like.

12. Make sure your eyes read all of these rules before you send your
